Baked Cheesecake made from fresh cream cheese, eggs and cream baked and sided with biscuit crumb topped with blackcurrant filling and decorated with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants and redcurrants.

Italian Style Lemon Cake

This unusually textured cake is made using Polenta and Olive Oil and fresh lemons. It has a light moist texture with excellent keeping qualities.

Spanish Lemon Drizzle Cake

Moist lemon flavoured sponge with a centre of lemon cream and lemon curd, topped with lemon fondant.

Rum and Black Cherry Roulade

Chocolate sponge moistened with dark Rum and then layered with jam and filled with fresh cream and marbled with cherries, decorated with chocolate ganache and sprinkled with white chocolate shavings.
