Son and father team James and Richard

Son and father team James and Richard bring a wealth of catering experience to our service. James is a hands on cook with experience ranging from gastro pubs to restaurants. Richard has many years experience in marketing, corporate hospitality and event management and more recently as a hotelier and restaurateur, owning a luxury hotel in Cornwall complete with one of only five 3AA Rosette fine dining restaurants in the County, in company with Rick Stein and Hotel Inspector Alex Polizzi’s Mum . It even had its own Master Chef of Great Britain! Their award winning Hotel became a favourite country house wedding venue offering full wedding packages including civil ceremonies and receptions – many in marquees and with traditional hog roasts and lamb roasts.

Their ‘Event Catering Service’ provided top quality cuisine to both marquees in the Hotel grounds and to a wider dining audience at outside events and other venues. Moving back and transferring their  ‘Event Catering Service’ business to the Midlands – the Heart of England – they know that top quality food and top quality service ensure a well-organised event that you and your guests will always remember.

Passionate about food, their joint experience also ensures the best possible food and service from a family team dedicated to the success of your event.
