Our delicious desserts are all hand made to order. They are mostly pre-cut into 14 portions. We also offer a bespoke service, so if you have a favourite dessert, not included here, please let us know and where possible, we will be happy to supply it for your special occasion.

Simple, divine, rich chocolate cake made using Fair Trade organic chocolate, Cotswold flour and fresh eggs
Passion Fruit & White Chocolate Cheesecake
Chocolate biscuit crumb filled with a baked lime flavoured cheesecake topped with a fresh cream passion fruit mousse.
Key Lime Pie
Tangy lemon and lime cheesecake topped with fresh cream.
Black Forest Cheesecake
Baked cheesecake in a biscuit crumb base marbled with cherry compote and chocolate cheesecake and topped with cream, decorated with chocolate shavings.
Toffee Pecan Baked Cheesecake
Baked cheesecake marbled with toffee, made using cream cheese and fresh eggs decorated with pecan nuts.
Summer Fruit Cheesecake
Baked Cheesecake made from fresh cream cheese, eggs and cream baked and sided with biscuit crumb topped with blackcurrant filling and decorated with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants and redcurrants.
Lemon Meringue Pie
For this traditional dessert we have taken Spanish lemons, sugar, eggs and fresh cream and topped it with meringue
Pear and Chocolate Tart
Sweet pastry case filled with chocolate almond moist sponge topped with pear halves and glazed. Serve hot or cold.
Lemon Tart (Tart au Citron)
Tart au citron or Lemon Tart as it’s known, for this traditional dessert we have taken Spanish lemons, sugar, eggs and fresh cream, dusted with icing sugar

Chocolate Cinder Crunch
Chocolate pastry case filled with fresh cream chocolate mousse marbled with toffee chocolate pieces then topped and piped with a non-dairy cream and glazed with caramel.
Strawberry Clotted Cream Torte
Sweet pastry case filled with a fresh cream strawberry mousse topped with strawberry halves and glazed then sided with non-dairy cream and decorated with chocolate.
Layers of sponge soaked with coffee then sandwiched with rich coffee mousse decorated with cream filled profiteroles and chocolate sauce.
Ice Cream and Sorbets

Add a range of delicious ice cream and sorbets to your event with our range of ‘spoon in lid’ NICE TUBS. A selection of Vanilla, Strawberry & Chocolate ice creams made using Chanel Islands Milk. A Dairy Free Coconut ice cream & Mango sorbet complete the selection. All are free from Gluten and the Coconut & Mango flavours are dairy free as well, so suitable for Vegans. Provided is a branded chest freezer on loan for your event to enable your ice creams to be kept at their best.’
