Hygiene Rating
We are registered with Melton Mowbray Council and receive regular inspections from their Environmental Health Department. Our Health and Safety standards are always at the highest level. There are no two ways here. The health and safety of you and your guests is paramount. All bona fide hog roast companies and individuals are required to register their business with their local health authority, which in conjunction with the Food Standards Agency regularly and rigorously check their operation. We are required by law to prepare and maintain written records relating to various health and safety aspects of our business. Our local authority runs a Food Hygiene Rating Scheme and award points from 1 to 5 for hygiene standards, with five being the highest score. We have scored 5 out of 5 consistently since we started our business and a certificate containing this score is has been awarded to us and presented for public display. Ours is shown here.
Public Liability Insurance
As with Health and Safety, all bona fide hog roast companies must have adequate public liability insurance. We ensure that ours is always valid and in place. Ours is shown here.
