We offer three different types of stuffing to suit your taste and budget:

Homemade sage and onion with chopped onion, sage, sausage and bacon

Salads and potatoes

All our salads are meat free so can be enjoyed by both meat eaters and non-meat eaters.

Mixed Leaf Salad

 Fresh seasonal leaves, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, olive oil

Rocket and Tomato Salad

Tomatoes, salad leaves, wild rocket, olive oil, balsamic vinegar

New Potatoes

warm or cold

Roast Potatoes

roasted in vegetable oil or duck fat with rosemary

Potato Salad

Potatoes, spring onions, chopped chives, mayonnaise

Creamy Coleslaw

Onions, carrots, cabbage, mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard, lemon juice

Tomato and Red Onion Salad

Tomatoes, red onions, parsley, red wine vinegar


For the best results to ensure crispy crackling we usually just rub the hog skin with sea salt and rapeseed oil

Other rubs are available – but please note that they may adversely affect the crispiness of the crackling

All items are subject to availability. We operate a policy of continual improvement and reserve the right to delete or add accompaniments at any time.
