Pulled Pork BBQ Carolina Pulled Pork – Shoulders of pork, or Boston Butts as they call them, rubbed then marinated for 12 hours then cooked very, slowly for at least 20 hours. The result is delicious smokey flavoured meat that is amazingly tender and juicy. Served in a bread bun.

 

BBQ style BBQTexas Beef Brisket – The national dish of the Republic of Texas. Beef Briskets are rubbed with brown sugar, coarse black pepper and secret spices, then slow roasted, for at least 24 hours until they’re juicy and tender. Served in a bread bun.

Louisiana Shredded Chicken – Our version uses boneless thighs, dry rubbed with original Creole seasoning, marinated for 24 hours then slow roasted for at least 12 hours in their own juices and American beer, then served with traditional Creole mustard. A unique flavour of specially blended ingredients. Shredded and served in a bread bun.

 

 

Texas style BBQMemphis Pork Ribs – Our versions are dry rubbed in true Memphis style, then ‘mopped’ regularly with a special BBQ sauce while they roast slow and low for 6 hours. The result – moist, juicy and tender. What more can we say! Served with a bread bun.
