With the current trend moving away from the more formal seated wedding breakfasts, as an alternative we offer a more creative range of delicious hog, beef and lamb roasts, barbeques, giant paellas, sharing platters and festival & street food. However, for those wishing to be more traditional, we also offer classic 2, 3 and 4 course wedding breakfast menus.

If you are meat lovers, we only use the best heritage ‘rare breed’ animals sourced directly from the farm, enabling us to supply you and your guests with the highest quality and most flavoursome and succulent pork, beef and lamb.  For instance, for hog roasts, it has to be our own native rare breed Gloucester Old Spot. Our Royal Family breed them, our top chefs adore them and as leading wedding caterers in Derbyshire, we supply them! Gloucester Old Spots carry an extra bit of fat which helps to infuse moisture giving both a superbly distinctive flavour to the meat.
